The room with kitchenette was great, but the customer service was disappointing.

The spacious King Suite was super cozy, and I loved the clean lobby and updated facilities. Feeling right at home was a huge bonus! I especially appreciated the warm hospitality from Chris at check-in. she really made my experience special.

i had a great stay at best western plus. the outdoor pool was fantastic for morning swims and relaxing afternoons. the lobby had a nice coffee machine that made starting the day so easy. the location is also close to local attractions.

We had a nice stay for 2 nights. The lobby and breakfast area were super clean, which was a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and helped with everything we needed. Loved chilling at the picnic area with the kids. The only thing was the breakfast options could use a bit more variety.

great access to parks and historic sites for weekend strolls

I loved how easy it was to walk to the Pasadena Historical Museum, which is just under a kilometer away, and I enjoyed relaxing in the nearby parks to soak in the sunny weather. the lobby even had a nice coffee machine that made my mornings brighter.

The lack of dedicated EV charging spaces is a huge letdown. On multiple occasions, I found gas cars hogging the chargers, forcing me to wake up early just to grab a space. The condition of the property feels outdated with scuffed walls and rusted showerheads demanding attention. I also ran into brown water coming from the shower, which is more than a little concerning. Elevators had a strong bleach smell that was off-putting, along with wet spots that should've been addressed. The toiletries in the bathroom were sparse, and overall, it felt like a remodeling was long overdue. Lastly, with only a limited snack selection and no vending machines in sight, options for grabbing food or drinks were very restricted.
